Hello!
I have multiple tables with a common column. That column contains the exact same text content and their respective matches for each row. I'm building multiple visuals with those separated tables and I wanted to filter those visuals based on that common column.
I have tried to merge the tables into a centralized one containing all of the relevant information but Power Query takes ages and never finishes processing the merge. Is there another way I can accomplish this? Use this common column on a slicer and filter all of those visuals simultaneously?
Hi, @data_newbie
Can you provide some sample data and the output you expect? Sensitive data can be removed in advance.

You need to create a dimension (table that has the common column) and create relationships between that dimension with all the other tables. Then create a slicer from the column from the dimension.
Hello @data_newbie,
You can use a slicer that have common column with sync other pages. You don't have to filter all pages. There is an option is sync. View-->Sync Slicer Pane. Once you filter on page 1 that will be filter automatically other pages if it syncs check.
