Hey,
I have a measure in one of my BI reports where I want all filters to adjust the number, except one filter. I have tried ALL. ALLEXCept, and ALLSELECTED.

(1) This is my test data.
(2) We can create a measure.
Test = CALCULATE(
COUNTROWS(Flights_FlightCanceled),
REMOVEFILTERS(Flights_FlightCanceled[Cancel Reason])
)
(3) Then the result is as follows.
