Filter from Stacked Chart to Stacked Chart on click

I want to click on the first bar chart, and I want to the second one to display only the ones with value.

Like the custom horizontal bar chart do, but the custom bar chart don't accept tooltip, and I need it.

Any idea?

Actually, I'm afraid that we cannot achieve that filter the stack bar chart with clicking to another stack bar chart, we could only highlight the value in anohter bar chart in power bi currently.

For custom horizontal bar chart, it seems that there is a tooltip option.
