My user wants a filter that shows a list of customers that shopped at the"selected" store in the slicer but also wants to see all the other stores that customer shopped at. I the customer did not shop at the selected store they should not appear in the visual. The Customer and Stores Shopped is in the same table.

Looks like for my situation I had to create a second table that was a duplicate of the Network Id table and not link it in manage relationships. Your solution works!! Thanks for your Help!
@MEFOX glad to hear it worked, that's what exactly store table is doing in my solution.

@MEFOX if you following my solution, there is no relationship between these two tables. I'm unable to make any sense out of the images your share, what is the error. Maybe share your real file, remove any sensitive information before sharing.

@MEFOX solution attached, look at Shopping and Store tables. You need a Store table for the slicer and everything should work. There are other tables in the file, just ignore those.

Your solution makes sense and seems easy but I don't seem to be able to do the same type of thing in my pbix. Here is the error I get. Once I create a relation ship between the two tables I don't seem to be able to pull back anything other than what is selected in the slicer.
This is what I get when jopining on the Network id between the two tables. I only get the network id selected in the slicer.
