Filter by List? Or is another option best?

I'm looking for some assistance please Power BI gurus?

I am working with a curated dataset (so cannot use the transform data function from Power BI desktop). Within one of the curated dataset tables (let's call it "Hospitals", are three fields (see below).

Field A (Let's call it Latitude) has a range of values in text format (i.e. letters and numbers together). For every value in Latitude, there is a unique corresponding value (also in text form), in Field B (Let's call that one Longitude).

My client gets given a bunch of values from a source, but doesn't know whether these values are from "Latitude" or "Longitude", but does know the value exists in one of them. My client wants to search / filter the two fields in such a way, that when a list of values is pasted into the filter (which I'm thinking a 'Filter By List' as most appropriate) it looks up either field, finds the value, and returns this value, along with it's corresponding unique value from the other field.

I'm struggling to identify the category filter (as there can only be one) that should be used in the filter by list section. As, f I use latitude, it will of course pick up latitude values if they're pasted in, however, will not identify that there are longitude values in there, and vice versa. I need to be able to paste a range of values from either field in there, and it returns the corresponding values.

I'm thinking of throwing in the towel and admitting this is probably something needing a power app, however; I'm determined to not give up until I've exhausted every resource. So, help me not give up gurus!! 🐵

@Anonymous , Pasting multiple values is not supported in standard visual

check this custom visual in the blog https://devscope.net/2022/02/17/filter-by-list-is-back-on-microsofts-appsource/
