Filter based on multiple values within the same column

The solution I am looking for varies slightly than what I have seen posted on here. I am looking to create a field/measure that I can use as a slicer to filter data based on its age category but I need the filter to be accumulating regarding its age. I would like to filter by the following:

  • 3 Months
  • 6 Months (I need it to include 3 Months data)
  • 12 Months (I need it to include 6 months and 3 months)

Sample data:

Opportunity NumberStageDate ClosedClosed Category
11165Wonnullnull
10940Won8/17/20233 Months
10619Won8/14/20233 Months
