Filter based Filter

I have two filters Filter_1 and Filter_2)

If  I choose Country in Filter-1 Then Filter_2 Values must contain Countries (yellow)

If  I choose City in Filter-1 Then Filter_2 Values must contain CIty (green)
IS this Feasible in PBI
