Filter and Sum

I have a a report that is connected to a SP list and I have a card that has a measure that calculates the sum of "AUTH" from two colunms. The issue is when there are multiple entries it calculates the sum from both colunms when I only need the latest one. I tried filters on the card but still does not get the latest entry.

Is there a way to filter the list to the latest entry and have the sum from "AUTH 1" and "AUTH 2" in a measure?

The latest entry is determined by the bottom 1 of the Id in the list or the highest number for the Id.

@kingy614 I think I understood your requirement, could you share the sample data and the expected output to make sure I give you the correct solution?

Sorry for the late reply but here is the data I have.

This is from one list and I want to add both columns together but only for the latest entry not the sum of both colunms. So the sum should be 16,769 not 33,538. I have a created colunm that is a date and an Id colunm.
