Filter a table not part of the direct relationship

Hi I have two tables that are linked through the data model by date. I've attached the data model
All three of these tables are linked by date. It works fine.

Now another request has come in to filter the highlighted ReportURL when the user clicks on it.

Is there a way to send the filter request to another table so that when the URL is chosen, that table is filtered also (but only if the user clicks on a URL?
