Filter Year and Month Slicers for Today

Hi, 

I have two slicers Year and Month

How do I get it to automatic select the Year and Month we are currently in?

So Todays date being the 15th September 2022, I want my Year slicer to be filtered on 2022 and the Month slicer to be showing as Sep.

When Todays date is the 1st October 2022, I want my Year slicer to be filtered on 2022 and the Month slicer to be showing as Oct.

When Todays date is the 1st Jan 2023, I want my Year slicer to be filtered on 2023 and the Month slicer to be showing as Jan.
