Filter Table on clicking a Image linked to Items column

Hello,

I have a below excel table. In Items column there are 5 unique Items ( Binder, Desk, Pen, Pen Set and Pencil)

For all this 5 Items I would be inserting images In Page 1

For Page 2:

If no image is clicked, show above table.

And for e.g. if users clicks on Pencil Image, show below table in Page 2

And In Page 2 I would like to add a filter of Rep. So If user clicks on Andrews from the Filter, only show as below:

If users clicks on Binder Image, show below table:

And if Kivell is selected from the filter, show below table:

There will be other columns as well to include in the table (the above is just for reference)

Please advise, how can be achieve this.

There will be 1 page where we'll display all the 5 images. So when an users clicks on any one of the image, only show that table in Page 2, else display entire table

Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Fabric Forum Community.

I have reproduced your scenario using sample data and attached the .pbix file for your reference. Below are the steps I followed:

• On Page 1, I inserted images for Binder, Desk, Pen, Pen Set, and Pencil, arranged them in a grid, and enabled Action by setting it to Bookmark (created in Step 4). Each image was assigned a specific bookmark.
• On Page 2, I added a Table visual with Items, Rep, Units, and Unit Cost and inserted a Slicer for the Rep column.
• I created Bookmarks for each item (Binder View, Pencil View, etc.) via View > Bookmarks Pane, filtering the table accordingly. I unchecked "Data" when saving bookmarks to keep the Rep filter functional.
• I assigned bookmarks to images, enabling navigation to Page 2 with filtered data upon clicking. Lastly, I added a Reset View button to restore the full table.

Expected Output I have achieved:

• When I click the pencil image, it shows only the pencil rows. When I click the binder image, it shows only the binder rows.
• Selecting Rep "Andrews" in slicer it shows only pencil sales by Andrews.

Clicking 'Reset View' button it restores the full table.
