Filter Problem

Hello all,

I get my data directly from Salesforce (objects).

Without making any changes in the Power Query Editor, I click "Close & Apply".

I have a total of 3671 rows. By filtering on the category I need, I get 904 rows.

But if I perform the same type of filter in the Power Query Editor and click "Close & Apply", I get only 56 rows.

I clicked "refresh" hoping to be a data update problem, but I continued with 56 rows.

Shouldn't the result be the same?

Best regards,

I think I was using the filter the wrong way.

The data I needed to filter had 4 types of formats:

MO-xxxx
RD-xxxx
EW-xxxx
AD-xxxx

I needed to filter only the MO.

Then in Query Editor, in the search bar I would type "MO", and it would go back to reduced list.

But I saw that there is the Text Filters option. And by filtering MO through it, I got the exact value.

You may try adding Table.Buffer.

In the PowerQuery Editor only one preview/subset is loaded at a time.

If you click on Close&Apply - which number do you see there?

Because in principle you should see the same number of values.

Josef
