Basically I have 3 Visuals on screen: 2 Bar charts and one matrix.
Bar chart 1: (working as intended)
- Is a set of category for bar chart 2
- Filters bar chart 2 upon click of any bar value
Bar chart 2:
- Bar chart is filtered upon click of bar chart 1 values
- Filters matrix upon clicking of any values
- Bar returns to normal upon click of any values within bar chart 2
Basically, the bar returns to its unfiltered state after I select his own value on bar chart 2. Is there any way to keep the filter that I chose on bar chart 1 when proceeding to click another bar value on bar chart 2?
Hi @msantillan ,
You may use "Edit interactions" feature to choose which visuals to be filtered or not by one special visual. See more details: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/service-reports-visual-interactions.
You can also refer to the similar case: https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Desktop/Table-Filter-Interactions/m-p/669088#M321878.
Best Regards,
Amy

Hi,
I already used that to filter my 2nd Bar Chart using my 1st Bar Chart. The problem, however, is that whenever I click on the 2nd Bar Chart values, it automatically resets the filters made by the 1st Bar Chart.
