Hi ,
I have a uge fact table (SQL Server) with 1M (rows detail) of customers sell data.
I also have an Excel file with a 20 customers.
What is the best way to reduce the amount of data from the fact so retrive just the details of the 20 customers from the excel file.

Hi @RsimonAlign ,
it's important that your query folds, meaning that the filtering is done at the server.
This shows how to do it: https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Desktop/Parameterized-SQL-Query-with-query-folding/td-p/171503
