Hi all
the filters applied on page level are considered as Filter Context and can be overwritten on a calculate dax expression?
Thanks,
Cosmin
Solved! Go to Solution.
So you will need to modify the measure to use ALLEXCEPT and list the columns you would still like to be able to use in the slicers. The measure below will respect selections on the Client, Slicer1, Slicer2 and Slicer3 columns
Funnel Rate =
CALCULATE(
COUNTROWS(Source_full),
ALLEXCEPT(
Source_full,
Source_full[Client],
Source_full[Slicer1],
Source_full[Slicer2],
Source_full[Slicer3]
),
Source_full[Label] = "A")
Hello @cosminc ,
That is correct. In the example below the ALL ( Dates ) portion of the measure clears the filter on Year Month that is set on the page.
Hi,
so i can't create a Calculate with filter 1 feb, right?
thanks,
Cosmin
No sure I understand. You can create a measure that calculates the amount for Feb, ignoring the filter on the page.
Count Status Feb =
CALCULATE(
[Count Status],
ALL ( Dates ),
Dates[Year Month] = "Feb-2019"
)
do i miss something?

measure Funnel Rate - return all sample
expected result
Label Funnel Rate
B 4
C 4
D 4
Z 4
where 4 is count of A from the source
Thanks,
Cosmin
Give this a try @cosminc
Funnel Rate =
CALCULATE(
COUNTROWS(Source_full),
ALL(Source_full),
Source_full[Label] = "A"
)
thanks
it freezes any slicer...i need to be interactive with all slicers
Doesn't your first measure do that? I thought you wanted all "A" regardless of other filters which is what my measure does. What should your example look like with a filter applied and what is that specific filter. What should the table look like if you pick Client = 'cosmin'?
no, the first measure doesn't put result of A (=4) on each listed Labels in graph
That is what my measure returns. What should the table look like if you pick Client = 'cosmin'?
B 2
C 2
D 2
Z 2
So you will need to modify the measure to use ALLEXCEPT and list the columns you would still like to be able to use in the slicers. The measure below will respect selections on the Client, Slicer1, Slicer2 and Slicer3 columns
Funnel Rate =
CALCULATE(

Source_full[Slicer2],
Source_full[Slicer3]
),
Source_full[Label] = "A")
Thanks for your help!
