Hi,
I found it has error if I put special character in file name when get data.
Is this bug?
without '#' > no error
with '#' > error
and also found from Folder name that
it used to get error if name contains '+' that
'LGU+ Site Progress' > error
'LGUplus Site Progress' > no error
Hi @Anonymous
Could you provide the error message from Power Query? Based on my tests, special characters do not affect file reading.
Best Regards,
Jayleny

Hi,
pls see this post for my earlier query for this.
Hi @Anonymous
I can't reproduce it. I don't think the filename is the problem. What does the error say? Possibly a corrupted file or a mismatched extension.
uhm it's so funny.. I tested put # and returned, put and returned repeatadly many times but from my end, # keep causing error.
Try using a different file with the same name.
