Hi all,
can anyone please let me know 1) if it is evan feasible to create the attached report in power BI and 2) if it is, how to go about it.
Thanks
George
Excel is an amazing tool, and Power BI is not a replacement of it. You may be able to replicate this table in Power BI. but it is not advisable to do that.
You should use Power BI for Interactive visualizations, and using Power BI you can get even more meaningful and quick insights out of the same data, instead of just showing a wide table with many custom columns.

It's feasible but will require a lot of work, and will lead to an undesired UX (users do NOT like horizontal scroll bars) Continue to use Excel for this.
