Failed to load data of the Vision Objects

Dear  ,My PBI desktop cannot load data of the visual objects, all data can not be retrieved so that any chart cannot be displayed,anyone can help me? thanks a lot!

 should I reinstall .net framwwork? I tried to reinstall pbi,it doesn't work.

As you mentioned all data can’t be retrieved in Power BI Desktop, do you mean there is an error message when you connect to data? Would you please clarify the scenario how you can’t retrieve data? You might want to take a look at this article: Connect to data in Power BI Desktop.

By the way, there are some requirements about installing Power BI Desktop. The .NET 4.5 is required. In your scenario, please check if your environment meets minimum requirements refer to this article: Get Power BI Desktop.
