Hi,
I have an input table which gets updated and the datetime is stored in a separate column in the same table. From the above input, I need to develop a report which should show the data which had the latest datetime.

Easiest might be to add a slicer to the report with UPDATED_DATE then just select the date you want. That'll filter a table on the report .

Create a table with :
Table = FILTER(INPUT, INPUT[UPDATED_DATE] = MAX(INPUT[UPDATED_DATE]))
