Extract String after certain symbol

Hi Expert

 

How would you extract the string text after the "-" and Second space, into a new column. Either using a calculated column or in M-Script as part of the applied steps.

 

001 - Hello World

232 - Here it is

 

So i need all the wording after the dash and second space.
