Extra border line in shape maps

Hi,

It is posibble to have an extra border line in a shape map to group Locations into larger groups.

Let me explain, having this map (I know that custom border color and thickness can be set)

Can I add an extra border line based on other related field (Area Group), to look to something like this?

Area	Area Group
0Y02	HA1
9YUI	HA1

@JSR , I doubt that on the shape map. Maybe ArcGIS Map
