I am getting below error when trying to append two tables. Can you please help?

Based on the error message, you cannot combine binary files directly.
If these files are in the same folder, you can refer this document to combine binary files in power bi desktop:
Combine files (binaries) in Power BI Desktop
If one file in local, one file in Sharepoint etc. , you can refer this simliar issue:
Underlying error message: We cannot convert the value "[Binary]" to type Binary

@Anonymous , please check the datatype of the column. There seems to some issue with that.
