Expression.Error: Access to the resource is forbidden when accessing dataflows from desktop

Good morning

I am getting this error Expression.Error: Access to the resource is forbidden when i try to use dataflows from 'get data'. I can see the flows I created in the service.

to date i have cleared cache, cleared permission in datasource settings to no avail

We're having the same issue with a dataflow that I can access online, and refresh, but can't access through the Desktop data model. Logged into Desktop with the same account (OAuth2 MFA) as I am online. Getting the following error message: "OLE DB or ODBC error: Exception of type 'Microsoft.Mashup.Engine.Interface.ResourceAccessForbiddenException' was thrown.."  Super frustrating.

@DirkFrazier mate i believe this may be related to not having azure datalake storage not configured, if it is configured then maybe the user has no permissions to it. I havent tested yet as out dba has not configured
