I have almost 2000 records shwing in Matrix in with multiple columns, whenever we select Export Data, it is exporting in CSV, but when I open report CSV in excel, it is not showing same format as displaying in Matrix.
Is there any other option to export data to CSV or Excel as it is, as displaying in Matrix?
Regards
Avian

Hi @Avian65 ,
//Canyou please tell me what is the location of this option?
//How can we give this option to end user?
You need the report owner to allow users to export and the Power BI admin to allow users to export data in the tenant settings(This can all be done in the service). Other times, there may be particular reasons an export does not work. It could be related to permissions, data contents, data type, visual type, how the designer named the fields, and more.
