Export to pdf / power point and with text field

hi, i woulkd like to create a reports with text field for comment after export to pdf or powerpoint.

this is the template im PowerBI Desktop 

and i would like to create this one:

is it poossible?

@Franz66 , Add a text box to Power Bi report, But they will also be part of the image.

I doubt the addition of a text box.
