I confuse about what visual you applied, I test with card visual and customized shapes with text box, but they all works well. Please try to custom the page size to see if it works.

Could you let me know more about your visual and other information which can lead to better understanding and effective solutions.

Used two different visuals,

1. Slicer - which on the top(shows region)
2. Card - to show corresponding value for that particular region(Totally 4 cards used)
