Hi,
I'm using Power bi embedded for customer with RLS. I want to export Table and matric visual in PDF as well which is not available yet but this is important for my cusomer for compliance purpose.
Is there anyway to achieve this wihout create another report (Paginated Report) ??? I dont want to have two reports for each as i have more than 70 reports. Also paginated reports if i use with power Bi dataset it will be too slow for loading.
Appreciate your response & help.

Yes, you can do some crazy stuff like sending PDF as emails and other. Both Power Automate and the Export-To-File API respect Row-Level Security (RLS) settings. This means that if a user views a report through Power BI Embedded, the RLS rules applied to that user will be respected during the export process.

@FarhanJeelani you can use Power Auomate for the same. You can create a Power Automate flow to export your Power BI report pages to PDF. While this approach might not be as direct as you want, it can be configured to automate the export and handle RLS settings if the report is accessed through a Power BI service.
Hi @sangameshks ,
Does it will export the entire table or matrix visual? also is this applicable for power bi embedded for customer with RLS?

Hi @FarhanJeelani,
You can use the "Analyze in Excel" feature to export the data and work with it in Excel. This allows you to maintain the formatting and export the data as needed.
I hope this help you, if so, please consider to mark this reply as solution and give a kudo
