Hi,
Is there a way to export multiple versions of a report to PDF by iterating over a filter?
For example; I have a report showing all the stats for a team in the Premier League, with team name as the primary filter. I want to export the report 20 times (once for each team in the filter). Is there a simple way to do this without manually selecting the filter and hitting export? Similar concept to a Mail Merge in MS Word.
Could I do this in Desktop? Or some way I can download from a published report from the api having passed the filter value as a parameter?
Thanks,
Here is a link I found for this - Export and email a report with Power Automate - Power BI | Microsoft Docs
Any solution found for this? This should have been possible using PowerAutomate?
I have the same issue. Any update on this?
@Anonymous in published report you can surely pass parameter value to filter the team and then you can export it, but you have to still manually export it or you can create bookmark page for each team and then export it.
Here is link on url filtering.
