Export in PDF from PI Desktop keeps crushing

Hi All, is there a way to fix the bug reported in the subject? thanks Luca

Without knowing the error it is tough to suggest

 

Typically your export to pdf, it will be placed in this folder 

C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Temp\<optional folder>\Power BI Desktop\print-job-17a94484-5623-4173-8e5e-7742ad26c380

 

GUID part keeps changing everytime you export, FYI.

Try doing small Power BI desktop file export and keep incrementing till you hit the error or crushing.

sevenhillsyou are right, sorry for that.

When i launch the export, Power BI application starts scrolling through the pages of the report but closes after the last page of the report without creating any pdf. This happens only for Report with several pages.

Anyone with the same problem?

        I guess without the error while exporting or in the eventviewer, it is tough to provide solution.

         

        Copy and create a backup of PBIX file. Try iterative approach.

               one page of all 20 pages

               If successful, then try with 3 pages, 5 pages. Repeat till the page you hit the trouble.
