Export Query Editor code

Is there a way to export steps from Query editor to a csv or excel. I know Dax studio is usefully if you want to identify measures and their logic but not sure if the same can be done with query editor, since some table/column names can be renamed there and also some transformation can be done. I am also not able to access query editor myself, IT restrictions.

Hi @Krcmajster ,

Maybe the tool of Power BI Helper can help you. There is a blog about how to use it to export Extire M code. You could follow the steps to have a try.

Export the Entire M Power Query Script from a Power BI File, New Version of Power BI Helper, Search ...
