Export Data not available in Power BI Service

Hello,

I have the following questions or issue. In Power BI Desktop the export functionality from a matrix visual is available.

I published this report in Power BI Service. When I open the Dashboard in Power BI Service the export functionality is not available. Why? Can someone explain? this is due the matrix visual?

My fault, the option for the visual itself was deactivated under Header Icons - Icons (here more options).

The most likely culprit is the settings in the cloud.

In the Admin portal in the Power BI Service (app.powerbi.com) cloud (perhaps controlled by your IT department?), there are a host of settings in the Export and sharing settings eg.
