Exploring few tricky implimentations in power bi
Require circle to be colored red if kpi value is less then 0 otherwise it should remain green
Any help would be life saver for me.

Check KPI Visuals and The new Power BI navigation experience first. You may also Create a custom visual with the Developer Tools and post a new idea.
