Expand Collapse column data set

Hi All,

Need a help Expand Collapse feature for my report. The below is the screenshot from a youtube video.. i am not able to get the dataset to be formed to get the below feature implemented in powerbi.. Can some one please help me out

if you dont understand the below screenshot, Can you please help to understand whats the dataset(with a sample example) thats needs to made avaialble to implement this Expand Collapse feature

that's a feature in the matrix visual.

Yes, specifically the stepped layout feature in the row header.
