Excluding rows when using count rows function

Hi all, 

I have currently the following measure, which is counting the number of rows where there is value = 1

VSU fullfillment = countrows(

filter(

summarize('KPI', 'KPI'[Project ID], 'KPI'[Project Group], 'KPI'[ITG4 baseline],"_1", [VSU 5 Weeks] ), [_1] = 1 ) )

But I would like to exclude rows where the Business column is = Processing system 

so these values (Processing system) should not sum up in the above measure.

Anybody knows how I can adjust the current measure?

So instead of having total numer = 4, It should be = 2
