Excluding Data from a CRM Query with M

Hello,

I am pulling a large amount of data from a client MSX CRM and need to exclude data based on a table I already have available. Trouble is, I haven't touched M before and only have a passing knowledge of query languages in general.

The query as it stands is as follows:

What I need to do is exclude all rows in which msp_mssalesid does not match one of the entries in my separate query titled TPID.

If someone could give me a hand with this I would truly appreciate it. I'm not having much luck finding tutorials online.
