Exclude value if the date in the two columns are not the same

Hi,

Can someone please advise on how I can exclude these kind of data lines, especially if the duration goes beyond 17:00 mins?

I have used the duration filter, but I still see this line on my view.  Any idea?

= Table.SelectRows(#"Sorted Rows", each [Duration] < #duration(0, 0, 17, 0))

Extract the minutes on a different column, type it as whole number and then use that column to filter < 17
