Exclude figures from one Calculation

Hello,

I am struggling with a report

We have a service desk that receives Incidents (Tickets) with one of three Priorities (Critical, High or Minor)

The required report is quite simple, the number of Incidents raised in each Priority and a status of "Met" or "Missed", dependant on the Service Level Agreement (SLA)

My issues is Minor (Response Miss or Met) is not a SLA target and needs to be removed, as causing issues with Response % figure

But

It is a Restore Target so need to remain in the calculation

Any help or advise will be appreciated

Gary

Hi, @gray169

According to your description, You want to ignore the number of "Minor" when calculating [ResponsePct]. Right?

Here are the steps you can follow:

(1)This is my test data:

(2)I create a measure like you : Response Met

Response Met = CALCULATE( COUNT(Test[Reponse SLA Met]),FILTER('Test','Test'[Reponse SLA Met]="Met"))+0

(3)We can create a measure : ReponsePct

ResponsePct = DIVIDE( [Response Met] , CALCULATE( COUNT('Test'[Reponse SLA Met]), FILTER( ALL('Test') , 'Test'[Priority] <> "Minor")))

(4)We can put the measure and other fields in the visual , then we can meet your need :

If this method does not meet your needs, can you provide your input and output sample data in tabular form? So that we can better help you solve the problem.

@gray169 ,
Can you share sample data and sample output in table format? Or a sample pbix after removing sensitive data.
