Exclude data if description starts with Av

Hi,

I have this measure:

Rentals = CALCULATE(sum(GL_POSTINGS_MAIN[Bedragdc]),GL_POSTINGS_MAIN[ACCOUNT] = "4586")

But I need to exclude some of the results. The only way to do this at te moment is to exclude these amounts by skipping every line where the description of the transaction starts with "Av". (I'm hoping our General Ledger employee will give me a more structured field in the future).

I've been fiddling around, but with no result 🙂

Can you guys help me out a bit?

Thanks!

@Rodelaar , Not very Clear, But you need measure like

Rentals = CALCULATE(sum(GL_POSTINGS_MAIN[Bedragdc]),filter(GL_POSTINGS_MAIN, GL_POSTINGS_MAIN[ACCOUNT] = "4586"))

or

Rentals = CALCULATE(sum(GL_POSTINGS_MAIN[Bedragdc]),filter(GL_POSTINGS_MAIN, GL_POSTINGS_MAIN[ACCOUNT] = "4586" && left(GL_POSTINGS_MAIN[ACCOUNT],2) <> "Av" ))
