I have using Excel data source file for my Dashboard creation from my Sharepoint site. Now i have to change the datasource from Excel to CSV. i tried to put CSV file in my site folder but when i try connect its shown error message. kindly help me in this.

If you want to change the data source, please try this:
The easiest way is that change through the Data source setting:
It is the only way of changing data sources through the Power BI report interface.
Open the Power BI desktop, and Click the File > Options and settings > Data source settings.
Choose Data sources in current file, and select your excel data source, and click change Source
Then re-public.
Or you can change the data source in power query, these links may help:
