    This is an issue for us when using through a premium workspace.  It seem the "Data with current layout" option is working as expected, however the "Summarized Data" and "Underlying Data", just seem to exclude any field parameters.

    This is a bug which i already reported to Power BI team and it should be addressed in next release.

      Hi Hari.  Do you have a link to the bug report.  Seems to still be occuring after last release.
