Excel columns name not showing in PowerBI

Hi everyone.
I just imported a excel sheet into my powerbi but the columns name are not showing. PowerBI dont recognize their name, and its just saying "column1" "column2" "column3" etc... It does this for all tabs.
Anyone know what could cause this issue?

Or even better;

Make sure you have a table in Excel instead of flat data.

Then you make sure you are importing the table instead of the sheet. Flat data sheets might give you all kinds of problems.
