Hi all,
I have a BI that is using an Excel file as source data. However, the users that input data to this Excel will hide the week column once it has passed. This means that my query to this data breaks as it can no longer find that particular week which is the BI's column header. I then have to delete the 'WK22' part of the data transform to fix this. Is there some way this can be avoided?
Any help is appreciated - thank you in advance.

Hi @TotunG ,
If you're referring to someone else's change to the Excel file causing the change of your data in Power BI, please consider about uncheck the Include in report refresh option.
You can exclude queries from being refreshed when the report is refreshed by un-checking 'Include in report refresh' in the context menu of the query in Desktop or in the Properties screen:
