My data that's coming from Excel comes in correctly. The Average Handle time ect comes in how I want it.
But when I have it go to Power BI the format changes to Decimal Number.
And simply changing the Data Type to TIME is not giving the correct Time. Should be minutes not an acutail time.
How do I get PowerBI to show exactly what Excel is brining over?
Solved! Go to Solution.
It is in the Transform Data (Power Query) portion.
click the 'ABC' or whetever icon is in that position and select duration
