Hi everybody!
I have built several reports with data that I import from Qualtrics through an API. I refresh these reports several times a day since the information there needs to be updated.
However, since last week I've been having troubles with refreshing all the reports, even when refreshing individually from the Query Editor, I'm getting the next error:
Request status: Error
Process: Exceeded concurrent request limit
ErrorCode: ESRV98
ErrorMessage: Exceeded concurrent request limit
RequestType: getResponseData
As a desperate solution, I tried to create new reports with the same Datasource but again, when importing the data from web using a Qualtrics API, I get the same error.
Has anybody expierenced this before?
Is there a solution for this?
Thanks!
