Good morning all,
I am trying to solve an issue I'm having which is to plot critical milestones over a cumulative amount measure on some sort of time phased line chart. Currently, the milestones and the data from the cumulative measure are in two separate tables with a date relationship to a central Date Table.
Right now I'm trying to utilize the pulse chart but when I add the milestones onto the "Event Description" I get a separate entry in the data of every single milestone on every single date. So the data looks like the following if I had milestones of A, B, C:
January 1st 2017, A
January 1st 2017, B
January 1st 2017, C
January 2nd 2017, A
January 2nd 2017, B
January 2nd 2017, C
The expression I am using for my cumulation is the following:
At-Risk = CALCULATE(sumx(filter(SubEvents,SubEvents[Subevent At Risk Date] >= SubEvents[Subevent Due Date]),SubEvents[Amount At-Risk]),FILTER(ALLSELECTED(SubEvents),SubEvents[Subevent At Risk Date] <= MAX(DimDate[DateKey])))
Thank you all and let me know if you need any more information that would help!
Hi @kdumas,
Please provide some detailed sample data stored in each table so that I can better understand your measure and test for you. Also, what is your desired result? Please illustrate your scenario with examples.
Best regards,
Yuliana Gu
