We are refreshing the dataset manually for development purpose. It is not yet plugged for Auto refresh.

Hi subhadip,

Which type of datasource are you using? If you are using on-premise datasource. It will need some time before refresh has been completed. You can wait some time and check again.

Jimmy Tao

We are connecting to On Prem SQL Server to import the data through SQL Views ..

We checked after sometime as well, some dataset are fine while others are showing "this preview may be upto 2 days old"

Kindly suggest

Hi subhadip,

Based on your description, please check if some of report are using import mode, not direct query mode. To refresh dataset in import mode, you should click "refresh now" button in dataset pane , not "refresh" button above the report.

Hope this can help you.
