Errors when changing format of datetime column

Hello everyone,

I am using a CSV file as a data source in Power BI Desktop. One of the columns in the CSV file is a datetime formatted as dd/mm/yyyy hh:mm. After the import step and headers are promoted that column is read as text (ABC). I Changed Type with Locate and any date that is greater than the 12th day of the month returns an error.

= Table.TransformColumnTypes(#"Removed Columns", {{"Timestamp", type datetime}}, "en-CA")

Any help in getting the incoming

you also can try to replace en-CA to "ru-RU" or other locale that uses dd/mm/yyyy date format

Thank you. I'm surprised using EN-CA fails but works if I use EN-AU or EN_NZ. They all have the same date formatting.
