Error while establishing schema connection

When I tried to create a schema connection between two separate tables in a database, I am getting the following error. I tried all possible ways to create schema relationship, but the errors are persistent. I've attached the errors. Anyone, who had faced the same issue? I would really like know the reason for this error and rectify it. Thanks in advance.

This error is due to your table that is "listofproduct"  which is currently having many to one relationship and now its breaking due to duplicates. 

You can do either of below two things:-

1. If duplicates are required then change your relation to many to many

2. If duplicates are not required then remove duplicates from Transform data tab
