Hi all,
I have connected Teradata database with directQuery mode to power bi and when I load the data It shows me the below error:
Key cannot be null. Parameter name: key.
Whereas In import mode there is no such error caused
Hi @sheetals ,
Here're some requirements for your confirmation:
1.Power BI Desktop is the latest version.
2.Both the server name and data name are filled in correctly.
Also, as a workaround, you can try doing
File -> Options and settings -> Options -> Data Load (under global) -> Folded artifacts cache options -> clear cache
This should clear and regenrate the cache. (the error occurs when trying to read the cache.)

Stephen Tao
