Requirment:-
I have two slicer Name and category in the report
once i select any name(ABC) from the name slicer then in the scatter plot will display x axis and y axis value based on the x axis date range selection and y axis date range selection
eg. if user select ABC from the name slicer then in the scatter plot user can compare x axis and y axis values based on the date range selection of x axis and y axis

If one of them is categorical value, then you need to use a bookmark or unpivot
